Pyschotherapy

Jennifer Turner is an experienced registered Psychotherapist with an M.A in Counselling Psychology.  She has specialized certification in anxiety/depression, family/adolescent issues, couple counselling, health and lifestyle coaching, pregnancy and childbirth counselling, addiction, and supporting the challenges of living with chronic disease and dealing with dying. She also an experienced pastoral care provider.

Jennifer passionately believes that while life challenges can be heartbreaking, they can also provide one with an opportunity to discover what is truly meaningful, and to enhance one's appreciation for optimal physical, emotional and spiritual growth and well-being.

She views the therapeutic relationship as a respectful, trusting and collaborative partnership between client and therapist. As challenges are identified, Jennifer will assist you to find solutions that meet your personal goals. She works closely with you to help you feel more connected to your authentic self and to others, and to experience joy and meaning in your life. Her approach is a personal and caring one which approaches wellness from an integrated mind/body/spirit perspective.
I think of my work as having conversations with people to help them figure out ways to thrive - offering new ways of looking at things, finding peace, and supporting change whenever desirable or possible.

Karoline-Diana Achille
is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapist of Ontario. She uses an integrative approach: solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy and psychodynamic therapy to help her clients find solutions and face challenges that negatively impact their lives. Karoline speaks both French and English and can practice psychotherapy in both official languages. She has experience working with marginalized and vulnerable populations (ex: Family Services Ottawa, Bruyère Geriatric Hospital), in addition to working in private practice. Her values are rooted in respect, authenticity, and integrity. Her aim as a psychotherapist is to have a meaningful impact on individuals' lives. She believes that by unpacking our past and exploring how it relates to our present lives, we can unlock a future that promotes a healthy mental well-being.

During your first session together, she will focus on building a safe space to figure out your needs and clarify your therapeutic goals. Her objective is to develop a deeper understanding of who you are, what brought you to therapy, your history, your struggles, and your goals moving forward. She will answer all your potential questions and concerns about the process of psychotherapy. Her hope is to facilitate understanding, empowerment, and strategies through an open shared experience in therapy.

Karoline Achille is supervised by a clinical psychologist, most major insurance companies should be able to cover the sessions. Please make sure your insurance covers psychological services.
