Naturopathic Doctor and IV Practitioner (part-time)

The Ottawa Integrative Cancer Centre (OICC) has been established to serve as a model interdisciplinary healthcare centre providing whole-person integrative care to people with cancer, cancer survivors, and those seeking both primary and secondary cancer prevention. The centre focuses on evidence-based clinical practice and research. We are seeking a Naturopathic Doctor licensed in Ontario for intravenous therapy to serve as an integral member of the OICC. Reporting directly to the Executive Director and working with the OICC healthcare team, the incumbent will support the clinic’s patient base by participating in the care of patients providing naturopathic care to individuals seeking integrated therapies.  In addition to the role as clinician, the position will involve working alongside other NDs and include a team of MDs and RNs working to run an active IV suite applying parenteral therapies as well as consulting directly with patients as an ND. While not necessarily engaged in research, opportunities may be available to engage in research. For NDs without experience working with cancer patients directly, opportunities for mentorship in this care will be provided.
